Data privacy & Cookies

Protecting your privacy during processing of personal data is an important concern for us, and we take this into account in our business processes.

We collect and automatically save in our log files information that your browser sends to us. This includes: browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), the host name (IP address) of the computer accessing the website, the time of the server query. We are not able to associate this data with particular individuals. This data is not merged with data from other sources.

Cookies are also used on fkm.de which are essential for the correct functioning of the website. Without these essential cookies, the page will not function perfectly, and  the page or specific services or functions that the user requires may not be available.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are loaded on to your device when you visit fkm.de. A cookie typically contains the name of the website that created it, the lifetime of the cookie (i.e. how long the cookie will remain on your device) and a normally randomly generated unique number. The following cookies are used on fkm.de:

1. Session-Cookie:  Session cookies are used to maintain the user’s status. This cookie is deleted after 24 hours.

2. Sprach-Cookie:  The language cookie is used to save the language version of fkm.de that the user chooses in their browser. As soon as the browser is closed, this cookie is deleted.

Google Web Fonts and Google Maps are used on fkm.de. If a user visits a page on fkm.de that uses these Google services, then the relevant text or map content is called up from the Google servers in the USA. Google therefore receives the data that is obtained from this server request about the user of the Google services on fkm.de. Security

FKM takes technical and organisational security measures to protect the data that is administered by FKM from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss or destruction and from access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in the light of technological developments.

Right to information and right to delete

On request we will inform you immediately in writing of whether we are storing any of your personal data, and if so, which. If, despite our best efforts to keep data accurate and up-to-date, any incorrect information has been saved, we will correct this. Furthermore, the collecting and storing of data can, of course, be cancelled with future effect.
